If the goods you received are not entirely to your liking, you can return or exchange your order in most cases.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Items that have been custom-made or ordered especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
Register your shipment in advance:
You must always register your return or exchange request in advance with our customer service department. You will then receive the necessary information and instructions from us.
14-day cooling-off period:
Your return or exchange request must be registered with us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Undamaged, unused and in original packaging:
Articles that you wish to return must be offered to us in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Costs:
The transport and/or handling costs of returning or exchanging are at your expense.
